Historically I’ve been a user of two location based check in services however I’ve decided I’m calling it time on them and checking out.
Fitness and healthy eating go hand in hand; I refer back to my golden rule of ‘80% good, 20% bad’ because it is a given that no one can eat healthy food 100% of the time, so why set yourself up for failure by making up an unrealistic goal.
We’ve collated the results, so without further ado, lets see what Caroline and I consumed and what exercise we took part in
I firmly believe that daily eating habits are a question of mind over matter and anyone can achieve anything they set their mind to, which applies to adapting daily eating habits.
This inspired me to conduct a simple experiment. I’m going to write down what I eat and drink over the course of a week.
