Apple released their latest iOS firmware yesterday which fixed the “location bug” whereby iDevices were tracking and storing user location data. Thankfully the firmware is still vulnerable to i0n1c’s exploit, so jailbreaking the devices in an untethered manner is still possible.
This year I tweeted out a handful of resolutions, I thought it might be interesting to look back to what I wrote just 18 days ago and review where I’m at with them.
I’ve had a blast getting the new site ready for today’s launch over this past week. Personally I’m delighted to have been able to get the look and feel together in a manner which I don’t immediately want to change or tinker with.
It feels truly fantastic to be back in the saddle again. What do I mean? Well, I’ve been blogging for years and until very recently ran a relatively popular personal site called “the about here blog”. Why did I stop blogging there?
I’m sure there isn’t a parent out there that hasn’t asked themselves the question, “What did I used to do with my time before parenthood?” Personally, I’ve been a Father for a little over two years – I don’t really remember what I used to do with evenings and weekends.
Canned responses serve no purpose other than to irritate and frustrate the recipient. I do not understand why companies insist of preparing and using them.
